01 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the jita777 platform and its users ("Members"). By creating an account on jita777 or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms of this Agreement.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To become a member of jita777, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. The information provided at registration may be used during the verification process. If false or incorrect information is provided, the platform authority reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted only one account. If a person is found to be operating multiple accounts, all such accounts along with their balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Granting any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, you must inform the support team immediately.

• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are advised to change your password regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• The member is solely responsible for all transactions made through their account.

03 Eligibility for Participation

The following conditions must be met to participate on the jita777 platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only).
2. You must hold a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity and age.
3. You must have a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a bank account) registered in your own name.
4. Anyone subject to a previous ban from the platform may not create a new account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods on jita777 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Using a third-party account for deposits is strictly prohibited — all transactions must be made from an account registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests may be held if verification has not been completed.

4.3 Applicable Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, additional documents may be requested for identity verification. These may include a National ID (NID), passport, or bank statement. Failure to complete verification will delay the withdrawal process.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jita777 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,500. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed — that is, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed.

A bonus is never a cash gift — it is a benefit subject to the fulfilment of conditions. If an account is closed while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on approved games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• The maximum single bet amount from a bonus balance must remain within the set limit.
• There is a time limit for meeting bonus conditions; the bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• jita777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme at any time.

5.3 VIP Programme

jita777 has three VIP tiers for regular members: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — Bronze members receive up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members up to 1.5% weekly cashback. This rate applies to the weekly net loss. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

06 Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Operation

All games available on the jita777 platform are operated through the game providers' (game studios') own RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Results are entirely independent and not predetermined. If a technical error is detected in a game result, any winnings arising from the faulty result will be considered void.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Each game or betting category has a specific maximum bet limit, which is displayed in the game interface. Additional restrictions may apply when betting with a bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, a device shutting down, or any other technical reason, the data stored on the platform's server will be considered the final record.

07 User Code of Conduct

Every member must follow the code of conduct below while participating on the jita777 platform:

• Treat other members with respect.
• Using disrespectful language towards live casino dealers or support staff is strictly prohibited.
• No software, bots, or automated methods may be used to influence game results.
• Collusion (group cheating) or any other dishonest method is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform is prohibited.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure. The platform authority reserves the right to forfeit the member's balance in such cases.

08 Security and Fraud Prevention

8.3 Phishing and Fraudulent Communications
